Graduated from History Department of Orel State Pedagogical Institute.
Holds a Sociology Masters Degree and a Degree of Master of Business Administration from Kingston University Business School (UK).
From 1997 served as a General Director of "Pallada" Group of Companies.
In 2006-2007 - Vice-president of Trading Company "Megapolis" of "Mercury" Group of Companies.
From February of 2008 served as the Vice-president of Dixy Group of Companies.
From February of 2009 is the President of Dixy Group of Companies.

Toms Berzin, Vice-president
Mr. Berzin holds a degree in aerospace propulsion from the Moscow Air-Technical Institute.
Mr. Berzin leads the existing operations of the Company in Central Division.
Has been with the Company since 1996, initially as a director of a wholesale center and subsequently as a head of business development and retail sales.
Mr. Berzin is a shareholder of the Company.
Mr. Berzin heads the work of Marketing and Sales Departments.

Valery Bubnov, Vice-president
Graduated from Urals State University with a degree in Economics.
Mr. Bubnov leads the operations in the Urals Division, a position he has held since 1995.
Mr. Bubnov is a shareholder of the Company.
Mr. Bubnov heads the work of the Urals Division of the Company.

Fedor Rybasov, Vice-president
Mr. Rybasov is responsible for business development and the corporate relations of the Company.
Prior to joining the Company in 2002, Mr. Rybasov worked for five years in the business development office of the Russian Industrial Group ROSPROM.
Mr. Rybasov holds a degree in economics from Moscow State University.
Mr. Rybasov is a shareholder of the Company.
Supervises the Department of Corporate Relations, which includes Corporate Finance, Office of Legal Services, Corporate Communications (IR/PR).

Gleb Goglev, Vice-president
Graduated from Urals State Economics University.
Mr. Goglev joined the Company in 2006 and worked as CFO of Urals Division of the Dixy Group of Companies.
In July of 2008 Mr. Goglev was appointed the CFO of Dixy Group of Companies. |
